Abstract

When we think in growth within a company can’t leave aside the security investment, as both are factors that complement each other. Factor that has gained increasing importance for companies where the concern to reduce the risks that workers are exposed have been increasing over the years reflecting in lower accident rates. As the analyzed company has had a steady growth, this is due to the need for greater attention to safety. This study aims to conduct a survey of the main risks and non-compliance in the storage industry with a focus on internal traffic of this company, based on standards correlated NR11, NR12 and NR26. This sector has been the main jobs using forklifts and actions of workers thus dividing the same circulation space which offers a real possibility of accidents, ie, putting workers at risk that could affect their health and physical well-being. Using many sources of information gathering such as: survey documentation, completion of checklists, collecting photos and information provided by the logistics sector of the company was carried out a preliminary analysis of possible risks and causes through the tool APR - Preliminary Risk Analysis, where its use helps in lifting the veracity of the risks and define the same degree giving a support to complete this study that confirm the evidence of the existence of risks and nonconformities that may affect workers from risks mild to more severe where his adequacy should be immediate.
