Estatística de acidentes de trabalho em uma empresa de coleta de resíduos domiciliares e industriais: estudo de caso

Abstract

In this case study we developed a statistical analysis of accidents at work in a company in the transportation of household and industrial waste. All accidents in the head office and branches were evaluated by conducting a survey of the most common accidents in the activities defining them as typical accidents, occupational diseases and paths. For statistical calculations were adjusted some parameters in the Norm 04, Table III, to suit the need of the company. In a spreadsheet data from crashed, name, function, which the subsidiary, the date of occurrence, if the accident was internal or external to the company, if there was clearance, the number of days away, the type of accident, the causes were placed likely, the agents that contributed to the occurrence and the injured body part. As the first sheet is fed with the basic information, with other subsequent month, year and the parameters of NR 04, Table III, are created with other complementary information from accidents, such as days of the week that are more common to instances, the percentage of accidents with or without leave, and time lost in hours worked, the branch with the highest rate of accidents and in the end, a percentage of which is more common accident. Accompaniments of accidents during the year 2013, mother and fifteen branches in the project were conducted, totaling an average of 830 employees, based on calculation of man-hours worked. Data collection was performed in all sectors of the company , as well as the results obtained from information provided by Occurrence reporting (RO's), and the investigation of accidents. With the data developed in this work it was possible to have a real view of the most common types of accidents in these activities. Given this information was created measures to minimize and neutralize the risk agents. Given this information was riding a course of action to prepare collective.
