Resumo: dc.description.abstractThe emergence of an addictive manufacturing (AM) process series is being described as a mark in the fabrication sector, representing a huge time economy, especially when there is the needing of produce models with complex geometries. Several materials are being employees on AM, among them are the polymerics, metallics and ceramics (normally incorporated as owder/granulate or suspension/liquid). The ceramic materials have several chemistry and physics proprieties able of attract the attention of researchers that search new industrial applications to this material, including high temperature resistant components and piezoelectric sensors. The ceramics often requires heavy investments with machinery and tools, limiting their employment at small production lots. Moreover, ceramics components with complex forms cannot be fabricated by conventional process, such as slip casting and machining. The objective of this paper is develop a head able of process ceramic masses, generating a continuous filament, that will be utilized to confection ceramic parts by the addicted manufacturing principle by extrusion and implement this head on a coordinated table XYZ. The achieved result on this study shows a continuous filament during the extrusion of all the ceramic mass present in the feed cylinder head. The head was validated with the creation of a simple geometry part, completing the stacking layers.pt_BR
