Resumo: dc.description.abstractThe problem of evasion is not only in the early grades of elementary or middle school . Is so comprehensive that also affect technical vocational courses. This situation has created debates and discussions about the role of government, school, teachers, students and society in Brazilian education. Therefore, the present study aims to identify truancy at night technical course of Directors, the College Garden Alegre Telemachus Borba ( PR ) for the periods 2012 to 2013, from the perspective of students. Thus, analyzes the reasons why the student to drop the course, students' profile and type of projection it reaches professionally post- completion. The Technical Course in Management aims to promote vocational technical level for the students and community youth offered by the State Government. Regarding the methodology is qualitative/quantitative and exploratory/documentary character approach to broaden the knowledge about evasion. To collect data, we used multiple-choice questionnaire administered to thirty (30 ) students that dropped the course. The results were satisfactory and allowed us to understand the everyday lives of these students, proposing thus actions that allow the teaching staff to face the situations that lead the student to withdraw .pt_BR
