Descrição: dc.descriptionWhen cells are labeled with the vital fluorescent lipid NBD-ceramide, the Golgi apparatus is stained. Golgi dynamics can be observed in living cells such as these extremely thin rat hippocampal astrocytes, isolated from brain tissue. In these sequences we can see continuous tubulovesicular processes emerging from trans-Golgi elements. These processes extend along microtubules.
