Resumo: dc.description.abstract | In this paper, a brief history of technologies in the mobile telephony network system that permeates from the First Generation (1G) to the new technology that has been studied to be implemented in the Fifth Generation (5G) will be presented. Through the characteristics considered important for each one, you can provide a better understanding of the evolutionary process as Infrastructure, signal evolution of voice, data and image. In the First Generation (1G) Telephony has its structure based on analog signals , which from a device could hear the voice of a fixed point , was the emergence of the Advanced Mobile System (AMPS); The next moment there was a trend for the Second Generation (2G) that transformed the analog signal into digital signal and expanded the coverage area using the technologies of Division Multiple Access Time (TDMA), Division Multiple Access Code (CDMA) and Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM), and thus can make a connection with a base station. The Third Generation (3G) was the breakthrough for the technology in Division Multiple Access Code Broadband (WCDMA) that it was possible to access internet allowing file transfer, online service and excellent voice quality. The Fourth Generation (4G) is not yet fully defused but pro Multiplexing Orthogonal Frequency Division (OFDM) that allows multiple users to access the internet network, the various types of services such as, makes their technology: data, photos, videos and make the connection with high quality. Finally the Fifth Generation (5G) that purports to be an improved extension of 4G technology, combining several technologies such as CDMA, OFDM Multiple Access and Code Division Carrier (MCCDMA) promising to be one hundred (100) thousand times faster than its predecessor 4G . | pt_BR |
