Análise ergonômica em uma indústria de confecção

Abstract

This monograph aims to ergonomic analysis of the work environment, focusing on furniture and workloads, in a Clothing Industry in the city of Carlisle, in the state of Paraná. To this end, visits to the property and a quantitative survey and the profile of the main complaints of the employees were performed. Environmental conditions show the observed deficiency in the physical arrangement and organization. Ventilation is insufficient resulting in excessive heat, dust and noise coming from the tissues of the machines is present throughout the workday and the furnishings in turn are inappropriate. The lack of signage, toilets, emergency exit and fire extinguishers did not meet the requirements of Regulatory Standards. Besides the environment does not offer comfort to workers in their jobs, they are usually held under constant pressure production, intense pace, drive control, repeatability of movement and no rest breaks. These factors cause discomfort, physical and mental fatigue, muscle aches, and other psychosocial problems, and accidents. From the questionnaire, we obtained the profile of workers and can quantify the main complaints by them, those relating to health, psycho-emotional and musculoskeletal. Were also questioned regarding the use of PPE, work accidents and uncomfortable in your work environment, where mostly the heat, dust, noise and furniture appear. With the results, we can prepare a Preliminary Analysis and Risk Map, aiming to meet the requirements of existing standards, ensuring good working conditions and comfort, seeking the health and safety of their workers.
