A viabilidade da implantação de um biodigestor para produção de energia e biofertilizante através dos dejetos de suínos em uma propriedade rural do município de Concórdia - SC

Abstract

The Swine production is one of the principal source of income for many rural families, it requires the use of techniques in relation to the wastes produced, because the production of pigs causes a large production of waste. For the biodigester’s uses on the farm from the integrated control of waste is necessary to do a technical analysis of viability, and also to do a analysis of technical, environmental and economic factors. Is necessary to do besides the costs of the implantation, the environmental gains with no emission of methane into the atmosphere, with the accounting system of environmental gains may be feasible. With biodigester’s uses besides the production of biofertilizer by the fermentation of waste, we can use the biogas resulting from the fermentation process as fuel in various processes. With the use of biofertilizer as a nutrient source for fertilizing crops in properties will be decreasing the use of industrial chemical fertilizers. With proper fermentation of manure through the biodigester we are minimizing the swine manure’s power pollution in our environment by reducing the environmental risks of the activity in rural areas. The study carried out in situ on the farm shows the technical feasibility of the digester facility for production of biogas, although the property does not have the necessary demand for all biogas produced. One of the main conclusions is the need to expand the use of biogas to make it viable economically installing the biodigester in the property.
