Resumo: dc.description.abstractThis survey’s purpose is to study the actual situation of the performance evaluation’s growth in the Universities under the national scientific community bias. It is characterized as exploratory-descriptive and has a qualitative and quantitative approach. The research’s tool used was the bibliometric analysis and content analysis. The bibliometric analysis shows inside of the bibliometric portfolio, composed by 14 articles, that: (i) there was not authors repeated inside the portfolio; (ii) the time analysis got a result, which the most productive years in articles were 2007 and 2009; (iii) the most mentioned article was “National System of Evaluation and Education’s Information (SINAES)” written by Maria Helena Guimarães de Castro published in 2000; (iv) among the 14 articles of portfolio, in which key-words were used, the most mentioned were Evaluation and SINAES;(v) the most emphasized periodicals were Evaluation – College Education Evaluation Magazine (Campinas) and Essay: Public Polices Evaluation. Regarding the content analysis was possible to point, (i) the tools and (ii) indicators, being the most used tools were; SINAES - National System of Evaluation and Education’s Information; and DEA – Data Envelopment Analysis, being both multi criteria approach; and the most used indicators were; (CPC) Course Preliminary Concept, (IGC) Course’s General Index, both used by the tool SINAES; lastly the indicators were classified by; education, research, extension, administrative and general, highlighting that indicators classified as, Education, were the most used, corresponded to 63% of the sample.pt_BR
