Resumo: dc.description.abstractThis study was to identify themes and prove the feasibility of the educational system recently implemented by the state government of São Paulo , in some cities of the interior, which aims to meet an old demand of students , teachers and society in general with a pedagogical innovation that recognizes the specifics of the young and adult considering his experience and expertise , being gradually implemented a new teaching material , which was prepared with the intention to collaborate in the organization of the educational process as much as learning by helping teachers to contextualize the issues proposals . The analyzed material has as base the idea of establishing a dialogue between teacher and student , to support , subsidize and extend the possibilities of constructing knowledge with students assisting in articulating the contents offered in each discipline , and are guided by the world of work . As the current methodologies were difficult to be absorbed by students , due to the content being out of their daily life, we developed a material that aims to seek education in an attractive and making connections with your day to day , and their work , all content analysis is discussed through a language easy to understand and adapt that values the pre - knowledge acquired by the student throughout their experience. Having to analyze through a literature review with emphasis tied to fieldwork being possible to determine how satisfied are the students affected by this project , specifically in Science courses , engaging students in a satisfaction survey where issues both the content , as the workload and ways of working applied during the semester were addressed. Every course , including student and teacher handouts , videos , sites of interaction and periodic visits organizers had its origins grounded in a professional training program, now called Fast Track Employment by the state government , even as part of this work where it is fair serve as a basis for future areas of research and development.pt_BR
