Resumo: dc.description.abstractFrom the review of literature has developed a conceptual structural base, which was used to analyze and propose solutions with regard to Social Housing Affordable. A major challenge in the design, landscaping, architecture and urbanism is to integrate social inclusion in projects. So that there is restricted access for the elderly, people with mental, physical limitations and permanently disabled or temporarily, to the broad array of social activities such as, housing, education, health, labor, transportation, culture, leisure and sport, even though the law guarantees them the inclusion. Watching the full use of buildings, especially in low-income housing, for people with physical disabilities, there has been some degree of social exclusion and, therefore, much still has to be done for achieving full citizenship. Although the 1988 Constitution incorporates the rights of people with disabilities to constitutional texts; Union, states and municipalities have secured little in concrete terms. In practice what we see is isolated, specific actions organized by the civil society, in the form of associations, which usually are composed of people with disabilities and family. Thus, society is faced with two dimensions of accessibility, the first is to ensure the rights, and the second is the promotion, in fact, inclusion in all aspects of social life. This research will enable critical analysis and comparison of minimum standards currently practiced with those to be acceptable standards for people with disabilities and reduced mobility. Recently it has been noticed that it is not only the development of buildings with special areas geared towards specific audiences, but to equip themselves with the Universal Access settings so that it can accommodate the differences, thereby occasioning a multitude of experiences humanities and social in the built environment. Ensure accessibility to the built environment in the residential environment is to meet all the needs of residents and provide the highest standards of quality of life, comfort and habitability of housing. However, this research proposal presents problems and improvements in quality of life for people with physical disability and reduce the cost impacts of changes throughout the life cycle of the building.pt_BR
