Análise dos acidentes e incidentes do trabalho ocorridos em obras de empresa de óleo e gás com base no controle estatístico de acidentes

Abstract

Strengthening motivational culture workers who came to see the completion of his work as a value for the companies and collect better working conditions, the charge imposed by unions and or the compliance with legal requirements imposed by the government has made health and safety work were incorporated by the companies as a business strategy and has led organizations to invest in the implementation of management systems and control tools to investigate and mitigate the losses every day more and occurrence of accidents at work. Despite several efforts , the rate of accidents at work in Brazil is still high compared other countries, especially in works of high risk. The knowledge derived from its analysis extends the possibilities of prevention (MTE, 2010). Based on this situation , this study had as main objective to analyze accidents and high potential incidents occurring in works of oil and gas company based in statistical control of accidents. Basis for this study was conducted documentary research with the purpose to give up the theoretical frameworks necessary for exploration of the topic presented. And exploratory, case study with the company "Contracting" services to obtain objective evidence of accidents and incidents that occurred in this high potential conglomerate works. After stratification of the data from 2009 to 2011, one can identify the types of injury that occurred over this period were minor injuries. The upper limbs were the most affected part of the obstacle and beat against body was the highest form of contact. Monday was the day of the week with the highest incidence of cases and day 16-20 of each month as well as the hours of 10:31 to 12:30 was the period with the highest number of recorded cases. Employees with 06 months to 1 year of function at 1 month and 3 months of company time had the highest number of recorded cases. And for the present work in the "Contractor" weather also prevailed cases registered with reviewers 1-3 months of work . Based on the data can justify the study, demonstrating that statistical control of post-accident generates important to management decision-making data focusing on many prevention measures of accidents and high potential incidents.
