Resumo: dc.description.abstract | The growth of human activities has caused the creation of several types of work. In most workplaces involving office jobs there are frequently work points associated with the use of tables and computers, where the worker spends most of his workday Despite consist of smaller effort activities, the work points can generate specific ergonomic problems. In this context, the study focuses on map the ergonomic conditions in jobs, such as the illumination, noise and attitude of workers in an engineering office. Measurements of noise levels and luminance were performed with specific devices such as sound level meter and light meter. The posture analysis was performed by evaluating photographic record of each worker, and the results were compiled in Ergolândia software through the RULA method. In the analysis of the work points was observed that the levels of noise that which worker are subjected are considered below the rules established values. In the case of luminance, the majority of the measured values are below the minimum luminance level established by the standard. In the assessment of posture was possible to establish that 68% of workers will need future observations about the necessity of improvements in posture, while for 32% of employees may be required to carry out changes in posture immediately. The conclusion of this present study allowed us to analyze the main factors that may cause ergonomic problems in the work environment of the company under study, allowing the management of working conditions and providing improvement actions and adjustments in each work point, the according to the necessity of them. | pt_BR |
