Análise de viabilidade de proposição de método de procedimentos utilizando referencial ISSO 9.000: estudo de caso na fundação de apoio da UTFPR

Abstract

The Support Foundation UTFPR - FUNTEF-PR aims to support the university in achieving objectives related to teaching, research and extension and managing the financial resources available to meet its purpose. Currently, the company has problems related to the change of its workforce due to employee turnover in certain sectors, that is, mostly because there was no training provided by the company to new employees because the services performed are specific to a foundation, and in many cases is not the adaptation of these new employees to the company. These changes end up hurting the execution of their tasks and for not providing a manual of procedures for implementing these, every new employee comes the need to provide for the teaching of this one employee who has mastery of the subject, but this is not always teaching is appropriately. This study aims to analyze how the implementation of procedures may be useful to the institution, allowing tasks to be performed efficiently and effectively ensuring that employees are performing tasks because there is a way to lead them and not simply individual knowledge each. To use this as a reference series of standards ISO 9000, ISO 9004 specific in what refers to the continuous improvement of organizational performance. Data collection will be obtained through participant researcher, who witnesses daily the difficulties encountered in the sectors due to the absence of the manual. As a result of the study, the implementation of a manual of procedures the institution will enable the execution of tasks in a structured manner ensuring the fulfillment of its objectives, showing that the execution of tasks with the application of procedures is more informed and successful, so possible to obtain a continuous and systematic improvement in the performance of the organization.
