Resumo: dc.description.abstractThis project presents a communication plan used to create an online campaign. There are actions that seek provide greater visibility to the Democratas Youth of Paraná when it comes to the target audience. Through this work, it is expected to get a significant increase in the number of young people interested in acting militantly in favor of the Democratas party. At the beginning of this study it was found that young people are away from Paraná partisan politics by not identifying themselves and no beeing able to see, in the current state parties, the possibility of acting in benefit to society achievements. However, it was noticed that young people seek work in public and social policies through other forms of manifestations. At this point, the internet and especially social networks have become environments where political and social ideas are shared and discussed, prompting many types of demonstrations in favor of democracy and social welfare.pt_BR
