Resumo: dc.description.abstractThe swine is an important agribusiness in the national and international economy meats, promoting solid and liquid waste byproducts that somo when deposited inappropriately, become environmental liabilities. In this context, the management of residual biomass generated in the production system of pigs, coupled with the biodigester system is an alternative for the treatment of swine wastewater. Thus, the objective was to collect data to deploy a digester system at a rural property in Mamborê, PR, with a squad of 330 mothers in full- cycle system. It was verified the water consumption, waste production, biogás production, electricity and fertilizer . By the rearing system was obtained value 30301,40 kg.day-1 of manure and urine, and cleaning costs and waste of fountain water was 15,673 m3..day-1, these being the total effluent from the property. From the daily volume of waste was possible to estimate the amount of biogas, considering two hydraulic detention time (TDH), 22 days and 30 days, with the temperature range of biomass 20°C, 25°C and 30°C, resulting in a higher value TDH 22 days at 30°C. The estimated electricity produced was 105,553.95 kWh.year-1with TDH of 22 days and a temperature of 20 °C. The bio-fertilizer to be produced under the conditions of the digester was 27500 kg. It is concluded that the implementation of the digester system would be an alternative to the producer because the electricity produced with biogas meets the needs of the property and the surplus energy could be marketed and how the property has agricultural area, improve the use of biofertilizers crop productivity, tornanso it an economical and environmental alternative.pt_BR
