Resumo: dc.description.abstractThis research presents the Normative Resolution ( RN ) 482 of 17/04/2012, published by the National Electric Energy Agency ( ANEEL ) which regulates the mini and micro energy production, at last, explained that owners of residential, commercial and industrial can produce their own energy and that utilities should adjust their meters to a model that allows the energy generated and consumed on site can not be sent to the network to another point and generate credits for consumers in their next bill . The first objective was addressed describe the various sources of renewable energy to name only after projects such as those presented by the Itaipu Dam which aimed to treat manure from pig farms and cows from one location in the city of Marechal Candido Rondon / PR to clean up the lake from the plant . Furthermore , it was demonstrated that through this project as the digesters working with the sustainable management of animal manure to gain great importance because besides the large direct benefits to the environment as pollution of rivers and sanitation own , even help for residents can see their kitchens fueled by biogas , their crops fertilized by its own biofertilizer addition to offering all its facilities covered by renewable energy and at the end still make profits with the leftover energy . It was stressed that the resolution still allowing up to 1 MW of distributed generation Mini per month energy that is able to cater up to 800 homes per month, can be applied in energy consumption in municipal buildings , palace, municipal offices , schools network municipal education , among other offices , as well as in public , traffic lights and other lighting. Thus we have shown that this practice can benefit up to 100 % of the energy requirement of Farm Town with up to 20,000 inhabitants . Thus we demonstrate that using the aforementioned resolution and applying the systems of production of renewable energy from biomass mainly in animal waste and sewage can leverage the quality and standard of life of small towns and villages or small .pt_BR
