Resumo: dc.description.abstractThe present work intends to analyze the energy system implanted in the Green Office Federal Technological University of Parana - UTFPR - to receive the certification of high environmental quality in construction - AQUA - a management system that seeks environmental quality of a project under construction, renovation or operation and use. The Green Office is an innovative design of a sustainable model office which was awarded by the UN in South Korea in 2012 implanted in the Curitiba campus UTFPR block V that follows the principles of Agenda 21 presented in the ECO-92 conference . The project aims to incorporate all aspects of building a high quality environment and among them stand out the power system implanted. It is an use of the resources available for clean energy generation and use of equipment and devices of new generation that has a consequent low consumption. The search for energy efficiency is an important goal that justified increasingly making it becomes the subject of numerous studies and projects that seek new energy sources and better use of available resources, such as renewable energy. The implementation of these principles in construction is extremely important in the renovation projects. This study provides a theoretical foundation on the subject of energy efficiency in Brazil and then shows the importance of implementing an environmental certification seal on sustainable construction and the presentation of the seal AQUA. The second step is the data of the measurements of power consumption and study of the project performed in the EV. To finalize, brings the list of items fitted the parameters established in the Technical Reference Process Certification AQUA - Buildings Sector Services - Operation and Use (2010).pt_BR
