Comparativo entre sistemas de revestimento de fachada monocapa e convencional: estudo exploratório

Abstract

Due to the real estate growth in Brazil, new technologies in the field of Construction, primarily for the purpose of reducing the delivery of the work. The emergence of these technologies, which sometimes are "imported" from other countries, are not always accompanied by research and studies to clarify the feasibility of its application. Then comes the need to search about these innovations. One of the new technologies on the market today is the monolayer system, which aims to be an alternative to traditional construction method façade, composed of roughcast, plaster, stucco, paint or textures. The objective of this research was to analyze comparatively the coating system and the traditional system called monolayer in buildings, considering indicators of cost, quality and time. Therefore, we conducted a field study, with the application of questionnaires to engineers of major construction works in Curitiba. Through questioning attempted to identify the views of professionals who use the coating system monocapa about their advantages and disadvantages and know the professionals who do not use the reason of non-use. At the end, through the empirical method used is demonstrated by research group, membership in which the use of the new system by the companies, the knowledge that professionals have about the product and the opinion on the effectiveness of the facade cladding using the monolayer with respect to time, cost and quality.
