Resumo: dc.description.abstractIntroduction: Diabetes Mellitus is a rapidly expanding disease among the population. It is characterized by series of metabolic disorders in which hyperglycemia occurs, resulting in failure of insulin action and/or secretion. The treatment involves the diet, physical activity and drug action, and is extremely important for prevention and treatment the joint analysis. Purpose: This study aimed to compare values from BP, HR and quantity of insulin within 4 months program multidisciplinary intervention in pacient with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methodology: From retrospective clinical case study, we used information from the database and tests of a patient with Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, of a Cardiac Rehabilitation Clinic from Curitiba. The database was composed by glucose values, HR and BP, treated by using descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation and mean, variance, range, coefficient of variation and kurtosis), selected in the months from September to December 2012. Results: The presented HR values were within the desired standards while in training. The glycemia at the days of practice were also considered within the standard for the diabetic population. Conclusion: It is believed that the monitoring conducted answered the needs of the patient, especially for having been found in regulating glycemic control in recent months, possibly by training adaptation in the months studied. Is noted that, the individualized professional guidance can only be adequately reached when the patient performs a self control.pt_BR
