Resumo: dc.description.abstractThis study proposes situations of the school linking them significantly, to the educational process and the task of education for children and adolescents with learning difficulties and indiscipline constant generalized or situational. The identification of the aspects relevant to the process of indiscipline and some approaches of elements that lead to the teaching and learning of the teenager. The school as an institution mediating knowledge, which leads students to culture and a set of building elements such as the "I", guide and teach, so has the other side of the family that impinge expectations and values in adolescents by imposing tasks on most of the time, is in harmony with their abilities, skills and worldview. The low self-esteem of many teenagers was one of significant results that we have seen in several authors, and that targeted mainly public school and sometimes private, where the largest number of problem situations. There was the difficulty of educational institutions so as to prepare to intervene as to discern the differences and complexity of emotional disturbances, social and other aspects that influence learning consequently the school indiscipline.pt_BR
