Resumo: dc.description.abstractThis monograph discusses the importance of the inclusion of computers as a teaching tool in science education, because due to the extreme speed of information and technological advances, the teacher begins to live in a new school environment. The idea came about in order to identify whether teachers make use of digital resources, and in the State of Parana there are specific programs that expand the possibilities of access to information in the educational context. For this to occur, changes are required didactic and pedagogical by teachers in the face of new technologies and information, placing the student in a more active role in their learning process. In order diagnostic questionnaire was administered to a group of teachers from a state school in Foz do Iguaçu. From the data obtained, it was revealed that the majority does not make use of these resources, but expressed interest in making use. In this sense, the inclusion of technology as a teaching tool in science education multiplies learning in certain situations, making the space of the classroom is resized, giving the student a better quality of education.
