Resumo: dc.description.abstractThe modern world we live in is of utmost importance that the young student has motivation in developing activities with the discipline of chemistry, where it recognizes the value of science in pursuit of knowledge of objective reality and enter into everyday life. To achieve this goal we seek to work contexts that have meaning for students and can lead to learning in an active process. Thus this work aims to contextualize and embed the interdisciplinary nature of chemistry classes, with the larger goal of motivating students and train new people more aware. In this approach, we tried to find alternatives to restore the knowledge of chemistry teaching, using simple features and low cost, through classes and recreational activities undertaken in the private school Betta Foz do Iguaçu, PR. The methodology used was the exploratory research of qualitative approach, which seeks to knowledge together with the authors on the subject above and through the descriptive / qualitative guidance in an interview to the target audience and by analysis of the questionnaires, it might have an idea the desires and needs of the content of chemistry, and from then plan the activities, striving to meet the expectations of the class. Initially, student participation was very effective and has made them realize that science is part of their lives.pt_BR
