Diagnóstico ambiental da bacia do Rio Lonqueador na região central do município de Francisco Beltrão – PR

Abstract

The aim of this work is to diagnose the level of water pollution, in the environmental imprint, at the Lonqueador River basin, a tributary of the Rio Marrecas, located in the central region of the municipality of Francisco Beltrão-PR, checking the level of pollution of its waters. The legislation is clear and complete as regarding the right to possess and enjoy the environment, as well as the duty of all to keep it preserved, however is not always obeyed. Construction is one of the sectors generating of environmental impacts, this is, in some cases, due to the disposal of construction Waste (CW), the sewers, both domestic and industrial, earthwork services and soil sealing. Due to the need to identify the level of pollution, the study was done at the BH Lonqueador River, whose part of the watercourse is urban, and another part drains pasture land and native forests. Thus, the present work had as thematic clipping to check the possible presence of pollution, and on the existence of the same; analyzed factors causing this pollution in conjunction with a possible attenuator pollution plan. This project involved a qualitative and quantitative research, as well as explanatory. The method employed involved the whole procedure, from the collection to the analysis of the collected material, including extra activities like trying to identify pollutant sources, among other. It was considered as polluting sources: sewage, industrial wastewater, soil erosion and construction waste, broke for the execution of pre-defined planning. It can be said, that the waters reach the urban area with quality better than reaching the mouth, getting in your route large loads of sewer. Taking the fact of attesting the existing pollution, is visible through the data, that the punctual pollution is the main way by which the contamination reaches the river. In addition, we analyze visually the composition of bedrock, this is characterized as diffuse pollution. Consequently are proposed some considerations to be reviewed and taken to try to mitigate the situation reported so far in this work.
