Resumo: dc.description.abstractThis work was thematic analysis of the vision of elementary school students of the discipline Environmental Education and the analysis of photography as a resource for it. Given the attitudes to the environment observed in the school, it is necessary to the enforcement of discipline for students, thus, this work aimed to know the vision of elementary school students about the discipline, to identify the knowledge about the same discipline and evaluate the use of photography as a tool for discipline. To accomplish this, the work was divided into three steps: 1. Initial analysis of the perception of students about the discipline, 2. field work - shooting situations involving the same awareness about the environment and 3. feedback session of the photos - testimony about the practice of the students performed. After the data collection and analysis of the same, the result was a divergence of students' views of discipline and on aspects related to the environment, with which it was evident the need for effective discipline, was also evident on actual usage as a resource for photography the same since the third stage of labor, the students have left positive testimonials about the practice carried out and how it was important for the perception of a need to change their attitudes.pt_BR
