Análise de projeto de restauração com uso da técnica de reciclagem de pavimento flexível como base para revestimento de asfalto borracha

Abstract

The road system is the most used in Brazil, both to transport people, products or services, affecting the country's economy, so the investment in the paving industry become necessary, with new products, new techniques and equipment to ensure efficiency, economy and quality of services performed. To find the best technique, is necessary to understand the old pavement, sub-base, make an assessment of functional imprint (the user view, comfort and safety) and structural, addition to an appropriate scaling, to verify the need the enhanced or not, observed the future traffic. Restoring using the recycling technique of degraded flexible pavement provides advantages sought solve problems of conventional services such the optimization of existing materials rather than expend energy to produce and transport new materials, or creating new deposits (send-outs) for the disposal of non-reusable materials. The pavement recycling is a technique that consists in reusing of the existing noble materials, in the construction of a new resistant layer future traffic.
