Resumo: dc.description.abstractThe swine waste are generally known for their great potential polluter . The main cause of pollution is due to the direct release of swine waste in waterways and soil without proper treatment, causing ecological imbalances and pollution due to the reduction of dissolved oxygen content in water, spread of pathogens in soil and water, contamination of drinking water with ammonia, nitrates, and the processes of bioaccumulation, biomagnification and persistence in soil of heavy metals. The macro and micro minerals, or heavy metals that have been through the alimentary tract of the animal, are usually supplemented in the diets of animals through feed. The most common are Fe, Cu, Mn, Zn, Se and I. All these have specific functions that assist in the growth and healthy development of the pig. These minerals are not completely absorbed by the digestive tract of the animal, ie, some of the minerals not absorbed by the animal, a certain excess amount put in the feed is eliminated through its waste, making them a source of pollution. Upon this issue plus the inadequate planning of the effluent treatment and disposal in inappropriate places, the pig manure cause in a short time high concentrations of metals in the soil, which can affect productivity, biodiversity and ecosystem sustainability, constituting risk to the health of humans and animals even after cessation of emissions. The objective of this work is to propose Completion of course the employment of techniques called XRF and AAS for heavy analysis in soil samples where swine manure activities were applied metals. This paper aims to contribute in this direction by providing data on the concentration of heavy metals added by the application of wastewater and / or inadequate disposal of manure in the soil. It was chosen for a rural property located in Itapejara D'Oeste making use of swine and pour the waste into the soil. It was observed that the use of modified residues have the natural contents of Cu and Zn found in the soil.pt_BR
