Resumo: dc.description.abstractThis research aimed at to evaluate the possibilities and dilemmas to creation Proeja course in Santa Rosa Indian Reservation in Ocoí. Characterized through literature review and published articles, we evaluate professional courses which would best benefit the community taking into consideration the social and economic characteristics of the region and the Guarani. The work also discusses what are the difficulties between teachers and students in this type of education. The field research and data mining in the village school is impractical, because the mobility between regions is typical and is difficult to obtain accurate data. The results obtained highlight the barriers and prejudices faced by youth and adult education for indigenous investment in this area are essential. It is crucial to professionally prepare these students are able to reach the labor market and thereby providing good living conditions. As impasses, emphasize the lack of training of indigenous teachers, the great escape of students, the complexity of indigenous languages and displacements. Changes in pedagogical models should be made to continue the search for a more equitable and less unequal.pt_BR
