Resumo: dc.description.abstractThe Education of young people and adults in Brazil historically is almost old as its inhabitants, but its history is marked by indifference and negligence of several generations of rules who did many laws and speeches and little put into practice. The PROEJA comes as a proposal for integrating basic education-professional seeking to overcome the duality between intellectual and manual labor, assuming the work a creative perspective and no alienating. To understand the basic of this program made necessary in this survey dealing with historical, political, legislative elements that compose the characters of this plot, noted this research the teacher’s perception about their experiences; fears of program courses, to know the teacher’s perception on the course where he teachers, opts-in-search of State College Professors João Manoel Mondrone, in Medianeira, PR with application of semi-open questionnaire. As a result of the perception that the teacher research has on the course PROEJA is still loss making-training and-nonspecific as well as finding the lack of appropriate teaching-materials to students and young adults.pt_BR
