Resumo: dc.description.abstractThis work refers to a creation of a Visual Identity System and a model of a differentiated management to a new design agency. At first moment, was realized a presentation of basic concepts of Visual Identity Systems and what are their goals, requirements and functions. Also was addressed issues of visual language, to understand what the best colors, shapes and fonts to be used. After a survey of the local scenery and define how the company works, was selected a working methodology for the development of a visual identity, also counting with research in other agencies, questionnaires and other studies, was created a brand which was conceptualized on the basis of theoretical and iconographic research of other agencies in the business of design. The brand seeks to convey to the public the idea of vibration, modernity and, specially, to be always moving, which is the essence of Balbúrdia. Were developed graphic, institutional and promotional materials to assist institutional and promotional brand awareness. Finally, was calculated costs and budgets of creation of the agency as a whole covering the monthly cost of project implementation.pt_BR
