Implantação parcial do sistema de gestão da qualidade baseado na ABNT NBR ISO 9001:2008, em uma empresa metalúrgica

Abstract

The ISO 9000 series is characterized by a set of technical standards that establish quality management model for all organizations, regardless of size or qualification. The present study sought to demonstrate the interest of a metallurgical company in implementing a system of quality management in order to provide benefits and improvements in their manufacturing process. Thus, the company had its choice of quality management following some standard requirements of ISO 9001 (ASSOCIAÇÃO. .., 2008). As this standard brings prerogatives which potentiate their activities that can keep the organization in a competitive market, which becomes effective activities, when properly established your goals, processes, procedures, practices and policies of the company in question. With the certification of ISO 9001, there is an incentive for customers and other stakeholders to provide quality products. So considering the importance of the use of management system quality, this study aimed to demonstrate compliance to some standard requirements of the quality management system, emphasizing issues related to the impacts and changes that should be made to ensure that improvements are performed in order to diagnose the process and compare it with the requirements of standard ISO 9001 (ASSOCIAÇÃO. .., 2008). Thus, we defined the documentation that assisted in the drafting process and the characteristics were also deliberate policy of the company and subsequently the best training methodology for the top management team to be partially deployed system. Satisfactory results were obtained in the partial implementation of the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 standard (ASSOCIAÇÃO. .., 2008), within the positive results noteworthy change in the production of parts autoclave manufacturing parts with higher quality, fact that guarantees a savings of raw materials, time and resources in general.
