Resumo: dc.description.abstractThis paper aims to offer a contribution to the studies on internal communication in the institutions, proposing the theater as a way to foster dialogue between employees and company, addressing the theater act as a helper the in communication processes and contributes in broadening the perception of social employees, which in this paper is presented as a differential in times of crisis. For this, purpose the research is based on the following theory: Augusto Boal (2005), for whom the theater is able to stimulate the problematic issues of everyday life, helping to create a reflective and critical, sense Bertolt Brecht (1967) , who proposed the theater as a tool for social transformation; Adorno and Horkheimer (1985), referring to the essence of art, making counterpoints to the Cultural Industry, Martin Heidegger (2001), who estimated that differentiates the Thought of Thought Meditation (reflects) and Roberto Menna Barreto (2004), defining creative professionals as those who reflect on a particular subject. In the field of perception, Schermerhorn, Hunt and Osborn (1999) say that this is a process that involves the perceived understanding, the perceiver and the environment and Kathleen Fearn-Banks (2011) contextualizes that, through the perception of the individual within institutions, can be avoided times of corporate crisis. The final proposal submitted, which was developed in collaboration with the Assessoria de Comunicação da Superintendência de Varejo e Governo do Paraná, do Banco do Brasil, suggests the investment and deployment of alternative theater as a tool of communication, resulting in a development of reflection and perception of employees, which can contributes positively to the institutions, mainly preventing crises.pt_BR
