Proposta de manutenção centrada na confiabilidade: estudo de caso no SEP de redes subterrâneas em Curitiba

Abstract

Purpose of the present study is encouraging a case study of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), such as a practical tool for the preparation and review of the plans by maintenance of assets in the Underground Networks from the Concessionaire of Energy Paranaense (COPEL), in the city of Curitiba. For contextualization, was drawn up a theoretical framework of basement of the main concepts of maintenance, its strategic function and its evolution over time. On this opportunity, the RCM is introduced as a methodology developed from the observation that traditional maintenance plans based only on the programmed revisions, may have little effect in the reliability system. The mains concepts related to the RMC to explain to the reader the sequence of steps necessary for its proper application, as requested model of the Rigoni (2009). The description is represented through the preparation of an implementation guide, known as Manual of Technical Instructions (MIT – Manual de Instruções Técnicas), having as main condition the fact of there is not methodology of maintaining well-defined for the teams of maintenance of assets selected. The implementation of the RCM has resulted in the formulation of a plan for maintenance, with combined tasks by providing a significant improvement in the elimination of failure modes or in minimizing their effects. The process of development of this plan, in addition to being in accordance with the objectives of this monograph, provided the identification of weaknesses not provided for in the systematic maintenance currently adopted and will allow a better use of the productive capacity of the teams, since the suggestion of intervals initial of the maintenance started to be biannual differently from the old without defined periodicity. This way, the RCM proved to be an effective methodology to systems maintenance management in the identification of the maintenance tasks more suited to the needs of the assets.
