Because of the extensive popularization and cheapening of graphics workstations, beyond emergence and evolution of personal computers and management systems of relational databases, there was a widespread use of GIS (Geographic Information Systems). There are several free tools are emerging and gaining a lot of space lately, an example of this is the GeoServer. Exposing the data visually through maps or charts makes the understanding becomes more interesting. Existing tools that enable geoprocessing and data to allow handling georeferenced (elderly living in Curitiba), study and consultation on these data can be improved.
