Resumo: dc.description.abstractThis study examined the application of the Geobiology concepts in a corporative environment. This application had provided satisfactory results for the Company by improving the quality of the built environment and thus, the interpersonal relationships of the employees. Due to technological advances, buildings in urban areas are currently susceptible to a powerful and harmful electromagnetic pollution. These radiations, combined with the Earth’s natural radiations may cause illness’ appearance in living organisms, by affecting their metabolic balance. Thus, Geobiology aims to detect these radiations and provides more favorable environments for these buildings’ users. According to the World Health Organization, Sick Building Syndrome is associated to buildings that may affect the health and well being of its occupants. So, the research of this study has demonstrated that, after a geobiological intervention, these companies achieved a significant increased productivity in service management and improved the employee’s health and welfare. It has also been demonstrated that in many cases, that, after this intervention, has improved the employees’ quality of life, reducing stress levels and decreasing employee’s turnover. These final results had also demonstrated that environments free from electromagnetic fields, free of air contaminants as VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds), free of radiation and besides, comfortable thermally and acoustically environments, among others, promoted in its users a more favorable environment for work, avoiding employees weakening environment, even physically and psychically. These effects were responsible for the increased productivity of these Companies.pt_BR
