Resumo: dc.description.abstractWith the globalization and the informatization, one pedagogic proposal to improve the teaching process is the use of alternatives methodologies, which helps in a better assimilation of the proposed subject by the teacher to the student. The use of alternatives methodologies don’t come to replace the traditional teaching, but to fill the empty spaces that the traditional methodology occasionally leaves. This study had as objective the use of a website for organic chemistry teaching, which was applied to high school students in the third year in Pato Branco – PR. Each two students was used one computer with internet access, instead of using a book, to follow the contents. The methodology used had as objective the inclusion of a teaching alternative font to support students and teachers, besides become the class more dynamics and instigate in the students the interests by the chemistry class. The average results of the works were satisfactory, verified through the T test that there isn’t variation meaningful between the averages. The grade average of the works were 7,0 and 7,2, being the highest grade attributed to the work 10,0. Although these results has showed a value above the average established by the school. However the application methods of the works in each class were distinct, being one individual and other in group, but the applied works were the same in the two classes.pt_BR
