Descrição: dc.descriptionThe plataformization of work can be represented by one term: precarity. The process of precariousness initiated by digital platforms is very similar to the general picture of the world of work in the capitalist periphery, so understanding this one can shed much light on the matter. The precariousness of platform work is linked to the business model adopted by technology companies, a reason that invites to open spaces for discussions about the real possibility of effective changes through the legal regulation of capitalist production relations and the commodified form of labor. The question then arises: is it possible to regulate work on platforms? This exploratory paper presents different perspectives on the process of platform labor and regulatory activity, adopting bibliographical research as a method of procedure, and deductive analysis with the general guidance of the historical-dialectical materialist method as a method of approach. With this we hope to contribute to the reflections on the regulation of work in digital platforms.-
