Abstract

The need for education in any area of today's world is becoming more and more widespread due to the continuous increase in the wealth of contributions from all fields of knowledge: science, technology and the arts amaze us every day with the innovations they are generating. In order to make better decisions, take better advantage of resources, make the most of what exists, it is necessary to broaden the scope of understanding through formative processes.

People are also changing faster and faster with each generation. Ideas, traditions, communication, work and leisure activities, etc., in short, the culture. In short, we are changing our culture.

Traditionally it has been said that education is responsible for the transmission, from one generation to another, of culture and the means to make it evolute, although we can now include another responsibility, that of inculturation, due to the simultaneous presence of several cultures. Learning science, art or technology implies immersion in the respective culture, since each field of knowledge possesses, in addition to theoretical and practical knowledge, a way of seeing the world, of interpreting it, of acting and thinking, which must complement the person's ethnic culture. This immersion requires that educators become increasingly involved with the growth of their students, regardless of their age and the area of knowledge in which they work.

In view of this, education is also continually enriching itself through the diversification of its fields of study and the combination of its practice with research. Thus, educational research conducted by the educator himself, currently allows to provide learners with increasingly better conditions for the process of enlightenment to be performed.

Nowadays, education is increasingly becoming a catalyst that drives the growth and strength of the Academic world.
