Resumo: dc.description.abstractWith the expansion of the Full-Time School Program (FTSP) in the public network of the state of São Paulo and the changes resulting from the process, the aspect of performance management takes on new forms. The objective of the study was to investigate how academic production encompasses returns and/or feedbacks and the interference with the engagement of professionals participating in the Full-Time School Program of the Department of Education of the state of São Paulo and to propose actions that contribute to the improvement of their practices, favoring their commitment to their points of attention and consequently offering better performance of their duties. The chosen methodology was the systematic mapping of studies between 2013 and 2021. Four inclusion criteria and two exclusion criteria were used in parallel and serial modes to obtain the studies of interest. Favorable points in the FTSP management model, which favor engagement after the return and/or feedback process were detected, and sensitive points of relevance to the process of interference in teaching work were found.pt_BR
