Resumo: dc.description.abstractPapilloscopic examinations carried out at crime scenes and on objects seized there allow the detection of fragments of latent papillary prints on different surfaces, since the reagents used are specific, interacting physically and/or chemically with the components of the fingerprint. Most of them have an indication for application on a specific surface according to its porosity characteristics. However, there are still supports that do not have a characterized reagent for their treatment in papilloscopic examination.pt_BR
