Resumo: dc.description.abstractThis article aims to verify the main changes inserted in labor relations as a result of the scenario of the COVID-19 pandemic, and how they affected the lives of Brazilian workers. The present work is a bibliographic review, the following virtual library databases were used for the research. This work will address the new general employment contract format, for the Home office, remote and/or distance format. This study focuses on the relationships and facts resulting from the impact of the global pandemic on the employment contract. Identifying which legal aspects these new modalities were based on changes in labor laws. It will be seen by chance which applications of public measures prevent the movement of people, so that, following all the specific rules, they avoided contagion in front of Covid-19.pt_BR
