Resumo: dc.description.abstractThe information society, according to Castells (2002), is characterized as the new specific form of social organization based on the use of new information technologies. Access to technology is fundamental to the full development of individuals, but in the Legal Amazon, high digital exclusion is identified, and its reduction is a challenge whose overcoming cannot indefinitely await public policies exclusively initiated by the Executive and Legislative Powers. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the main challenges that still hinder network action in this location and investigate alternatives to provide excluded individuals with the necessary tools to enable their participation in net activism actions.pt_BR
