Resumo: dc.description.abstractNeoliberalism as a theoretical current emerged from the effort of thinkers such as Ludwing von Mises (1881-1973), Karl Popper (1902-1994) and Friedrich von Hayek (1899-1992) to regain the centrality of the precepts of classical liberalism in an attempt to refound. In this sense, Hayek's work “Do Caminho da Servidão” published in 1944 obtains the status of founding work of this movement. Adopting this premise, we will dedicate the main objective of this work to analyzing the work “Do Caminho da Servidão”, seeking to identify the founding doctrinal elements of neoliberalism, dedicating special attention to the conceptions of State, individual and market present in Hayek's thought and precursors of an entire doctrine.pt_BR
