Resumo: dc.description.abstractSix agencies associated with Promotional Marketing Association (AMPRO), active and recognized in the sector, were interviewed, between January and April 2021, to give their opinion on the impacts and transformations of the digital age in the way of doing sales promotion in Brazil. The survey was part of PUB-USP 21/22 (United Scholarship Program for Undergraduate Students of ``Universidade de São Paulo``). A brief overview of the interviews makes up this article.pt_BR
