Resumo: dc.description.abstractCRA is the main cause of morbidity and mortality, and to avoid further damage to the patient, it is important that the CPR maneuvers are of good quality. This study aims to identify the Nurse's role in the face of CRP and its effects on the nursing team, through a bibliographic review and articles collected in the LATINDEX, Google Scholar and SCIELO databases, physical literature and periodical publications. The studies demonstrated a lack of knowledge of professional nurses in relation to CPR techniques, with difficulties such as leadership in face of CPR, lack of resources, emotional instability and lack of provision of continuing education, thus interfering with the quality of care. assistance provided by the team. The conclusions of the study’s lead to the inference that the role of the nurse in relation to patient care in CRA directly and indirectly interferes with the care provided by the team and the patient's prognosis.pt_BR
