Resumo: dc.description.abstractThis article aims to understand and analyze the debilitating factors associated with the work environment and how to reduce the number of diagnoses of illnesses in offices. It is known that frequent stress is capable of altering our brain and the way we act and react to the world. It increases our blood cortisol levels and can evolve into more serious illnesses such as chronic stress, Burnout syndrome and anxiety disorder. Spaces are able to directly influence the health and well-being of users, and the study of neuroarchitecture makes it possible to create these spaces intentionally.pt_BR
