Resumo: dc.description.abstractThe paper analyzes the way in which the public policy developed by theSpecialized Reference Center for the Homeless Population (Centro POP) is implemented in themunicipalities of Juazeiro/BA, Natal/RN, Petrolina/PE and Salvador/BA. In the methodologicalpath, the research adopted a qualitative approach, in two phases: bibliographic and field, thelatter using the French Discourse Analysis technique for data processing. The results of thestudy point to elements that contribute in the sense of proposing adjustments regarding theforms of execution of the workshops, when taking into account the issues related to themanagement and direction of the relationships with the users.pt_BR
