Resumo: dc.description.abstractThe COVID-19 pandemic has become a milestone in the contemporary history of humanity, which has brought the entire world to a standstill, to remain protected in order to safeguard the most precious asset: health-life. For this reason; It is interesting to reflect on how the different age groups of our societies are facing it, and even more so the adolescents who, although they are not among the most vulnerable to contagion, may be those who are suffering the most from this isolation given the vital stage they are going through. Undoubtedly, it is crucial to identify how adolescents are living this situation to take the appropriate measures to prevent future psychological disorders. For this reason, an exploratory study was carried out with Mexican adolescents who are studying the second semester of Upper Middle Level at the National Polytechnic Institute.pt_BR
