Resumo: dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze the relationships between emotional self-regulation and various socio-emotional dimensions in high school students. Through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, five key dimensions were evaluated: family environment, self-perception, life skills, socioemotional health, and the impact of confinement, using a sample of students from the Colegio de Bachilleres del Estado de Zacatecas during the 2022-2023 school year. The results show that students' socioemotional stability is strongly influenced by family support and self-perception skills, which in turn impact their emotional self-regulation and ability to make informed decisions. The importance of integrating socioemotional training into the educational curriculum to promote students' comprehensive development, preparing them to face the challenges of their environment with resilience, is highlighted.pt_BR
