Ressocialização de detentos na construção civil

Abstract

This study presents an analysis of the process of using prisoners or inmates for civil construction companies in their construction sites, due to the lack of manpower and verified by industry professionals skilled in the labor market for the execution of activities. The main focus of this work is to evaluate the impact of the use of inmates in work, beyond the social aspect of rehabilitation by the inmate on life in society, performing a productive activity and becoming an alternative for the employer to hand work for the sector. This survey was conducted in residential work, with characteristics of collective housing popular in the city of Curitiba-PR. The company responsible for the project is located in the city of São José dos Pinhais-PR. The methodology used to conduct this work, we performed a literature review on human resources, recruitment and selection in the construction area, and a survey on the situation of the labor market sector. In a second phase, a questionnaire was applied, involving the company's case study, inmates who participate in the program of social rehabilitation and management team work with the intention to check the interaction between all involved in the program of rehabilitation of inmates in the construction civil. The results obtained with this program of social reintegration, prove to be a viable alternative to this practice, bringing economic and financial benefits for the employer, providing a training opportunity for the detainee, and social benefits to society, citizens rejoining after completion of their sorry.
